When we started the new year with our friends from Catalone Design, we all jumped on a new no-sugar diet. But were devastated at the thought of not eating bacon. So, I went to the lab to save us from that grim prospect. The solution was beautiful and simple. Hibiscus flower and fennel seed. Voila. Great taste, no added sugar.
